We will collect information that is needed to provide service and assistance in the most efficient and safe manner at times under stressful situations.

What it boils down to.
There are thousands of Real Estate Investors in San Antonio and let’s be honest, competition is vicious. The investors who are successful are the investors who have time to work making deals. Those who are in the trenches trying to do everything, including sitting at the courthouse attempting to evict tenants, are losing the game. That's where we come in. The old adage "Time is Money" holds true for real estate investing. If you are sitting in a courthouse or serving an eviction, how effective is your time? How much money are you losing (or not making)? Are you willing to leave the line to chase a deal while your tenant isn't paying the rent?

We allow you to free up time to do what you do best. We have experience in the eviction world. We know what it feels like to not have time to deal with the eviction process (especially multiple evictions), and to be too far away to effectively deal with it (out-of-town landlords feel this the most). Suffice it to say we know what we are doing!
